How can you help me with my business?

I’ve run my own business for over seven years and have learned a lot!  Some of the lessons were difficult and had I had a mentor to guide me, I could have avoided costly mistakes.  I now use my proprietary  5-step  process is called the The C.L.E.A.R method.

C – Clarify where you are and your vision for your future
L – Leverage this knowledge with your resources and reasons why
E – Establish your business plans
A – Act on the steps you have identified
R – Realize your goals and Reward yourself!

Although the process is pre-defined, how we move through it will be customized to your needs. In other words, what drives the process is who you truly are and want you want in your business. I’m not going to take over the reins of your business, you will be implementing the steps we define together.

As we negotiate this process, together as a team, I provide structure, inspiration and encouragement. You provide the energy, commitment and direct accomplishments. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No more excuses! Just fearless focus on what is going to make you successful in your business.

How has the C.L.E.A.R. Method been successful at helping others?

Taking a haphazard approach is leaving too much to chance and causes significant stress. Applying the C.L.E.A.R. Method reduces your risks and ensures your decisions are in concert with your goals and desires.

Why should I work with you to transform my life?

I am professionally trained and certified through the Coaches Training Alliance. I have a prosperous business and a rich life of experiences to draw from for inspiration and practical guidance. But, most importantly, I am passionate about what I do. My clients get the best from me every time we meet. I consider it an honor that my clients have chose me to be a member of their team and I take that very seriously. My commitment to your goals is as firm as I expect yours to be. In addition to my formal training, I have spent over 2000 hours on my own personal growth – more than many spend getting an advanced degree. I have lived it in my own life and will live it with you!

How are you different from other Life Coaches?

I ONLY work with people who are ready for transition and life and business transformation. I don’t believe in being a Jack-of-all-trades. What that means to you, is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for you in transforming your business into a prosperous one that fits your description of what you want. Because my focus is on your choices and decisions, what you get with me is a no-nonsense, undiluted expert on what works for you. I’ve concentrated my experience and efforts to become an expert at this and that’s why my clients, groups and customers get great results. Lesley, based on everything I’ve read and heard about you, I know you’re the one I want to work with. How do we get started?

Now is time to schedule a Breakout Business Strategy meeting by calling me at 860-204-9494 or email Lesley@clearpathway.com. The  purpose of our chat is to insure there is a great match for our work ahead.  But, even if we are not a good match, you will come out of the session with more clarity of what you want and action steps to get you started in the right direction.  We also discuss the coaching programs, the timetable and answer each others remaining questions. Once we have agreed to go forward I will e-mail you your welcome packet. This will include some of the basic bio facts I would like from you as well as some more exploratory questions about your goals and vision. We then set a day and time for our first of a series of coaching sessions. I can’t wait to meet you in person, or on the phone, to get you started on your path to a business that gives you more joy, more contentment and more success!
